This picture was taken around two weeks ago. The shining specks are tiny, floating, spider-like insects (probably fruit flies) in early morning sunlight. The bird seemed to be eating them. It’s a small bird. Seen again, two mornings later,
The yellow-white stripe above the eye makes it look like it is frowning 🙂
