This cat.

For all those who thought the cat was being unreasonable, there was a reason why he wanted his favorite place back🙂

Tejaswee had picked him from near a garbage bin (near her school bus stop) in August 2003. I insisted we leave him with the SPCA, Lower Parel, but she convinced her dad that he should be with us and they brought him back the same afternoon. She saved his life more than once.

  1. I always loved that pic of Tejaswee with the kitten. Sher Khan, true to his name, looks all cozy in his warm, sunlit place! Also, is he getting a Garfield-esque pauch? Adds to his personality, I must say!

  2. A real-life Garfield but much more handsome!🙂
I truly envy animals sometimes…such bliss. I can’t be like this during the day, a thousand things run through my mind making complete rest impossible. And if my thoughts don’t do it, my fone or laptop will.
Tejaswee had such a large, loving heart!
God bless her, and bless you too for raising her. 🙂
    Biiiiggg hug!

  4. I want to stretch and roll around luxuriously myself. Wish I had known Tejaswee…hugs IHM.

We have 2 feline visitors everyday on our balcony…teenage kittens…they now turn their proud backs on us and sun in our balcony….I dunno if it means they trust us, or are contemptuous of us😛

  5. Aww…very cute pics! All of them. I love how cats love the sun…both of my fur-babies love it too. They’ll find ways to bask in the sun during the day and laze around. Lovely to see. And I love the pic of him as a kitten with Tejaswee.
